The Sales Admin Assistant is a support role for the team of agents and the Area Managers of the current three teams in their activities. She provides commercial and administrative support, participates in meetings, and prepares meeting minutes.
Shemanages incoming and outgoing correspondence, files and organizes documentation related to properties, mandates, and offers. She/he also handles accounting and administrative requirements and enters anti-money laundering (AML) records. Additionally, she is responsible for property management and analysis, agents’ login and logout procedures, and provides support for their office activities, with the aim of simplification and problem-solving.
