Villa Jankovmir

Villa Jankovmir is a charming Art Nouveau villa located on Via Dardanelli, in the very heart of Venice Lido. It was built at the end of the 1920s by Rubens Corrado for noblewoman Elisa Venier, and it was completed in 1931. The Villa features decorative elements hardly ever found in other buildings of the island. Its name is to be found in a historic postcard, published on the book Il Lido Illustrato, Le Cartoline- and is nowadays still visible on a marble slab by the entrance gate, above the name Villa Jolanda. This new name was given by Doctor Arnolfo Marchiori in honour of his bride Jolanda Molinari. Indeed, the villa changed its name three times throughout history: Villa Jankovmir, Villa Marina and Villa Jolanda, as a sign of respect and love to the people which once lived inside its walls. Villa Jankovmir was recently renovated by the interior design firm StudioLucaGuadagnino. This unique property now features two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a guestroom and guest bathroom with indipendent access, a 65 meters living area, a powder room, a kitchen with high specification appliances and a laundry room. The Villa is set on a 500 square meters garden which comprise a parking area for two vehicles, and eletric charging station, lounge area and an outdoor dining table. The villa is only 10 minutes Walking distance from the ferry and taxi boat station, and 5 minutes Walking distance from the beaches.
