The Lido di Venezia is a favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and around the world, appreciated for its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by a “belle epoque” atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido is easily accessible in a few minutes by various public water transport lines, and the entire island can be explored by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry service connecting it to the mainland. The property is strategically located, very close to shops and services (bus stop, vaporetti and ferry boats, supermarkets, restaurants...) but quiet and convenient to the beaches, both those equipped with characteristic huts and those that are free, including San Nicolò, known for its natural oasis and the pleasant walk along the dam that leads to the lighthouse.
