Comfortable three-room apartment in Rialto area

A walk to shop among the stalls and bacari of Rialto is a tradition - and a small pleasure! Rialto is indeed one of the oldest island settlements of the Venetian lagoon (Rivoalto) as well as the site, since as far back as 1097, of one of the oldest markets in Italy. Everything arrived at Rialto: from the import and export of precious goods such as spices, silks, and precious metals, to food supplies arriving from the islands or the mainland, to retail trade of wine, vegetables, fruits, and fish. We pass through even today to discover our new property, easily accessible via the stairs that lead us to the first floor. The convenient entrance leads us to the comfortable living area with a kitchenette. Crossing the corridor, we find a first very bright bedroom, then the master bedroom of generous dimensions from whose windows a characteristic arch can be seen, an architectural element typical of this area. Completing the property is a comfortable bathroom with a window, preceded by a small laundry room. On the ground floor, however, we find a large storage room owned and a small common courtyard. The property is an ideal solution as a first home or as an investment opportunity: its location a few steps from Rialto and the access without bridges from the vaporetto stop are additional advantages not to be underestimated.
