Our entrance is independent and leads to a raised landing, which is very useful as a hallway, inviting us to take the stairs on the right. We arrive on the first floor, where we find the heart of the house. At the end of the corridor, the bathroom, the only one in the property, is cool and modern, with a window and shower. The corridor leads to the large master bedroom, furnished with sumptuous Rubelli silks, spacious wardrobes on the wall opposite the traditional fireplace, and fine wooden chests of drawers. The second bedroom, with twin beds or a double bed as required, has more neutral tones thanks to the wallpaper that covers it, and is very quiet thanks to the double glazing on the window, which is found in every room. Climbing the last flight of stairs, we finally arrive at the spacious living room. With a French window running the entire length of the wall, sunlight is the real star of the show. From here, there is access to the private terrace, an outdoor stage for aperitifs at sunset, morning coffees and romantic dinners. The kitchen is on the same floor as the living room, in a separate area. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans, ready to recreate recipes from around the world. Available from November to February for temporary contracts, including those registered to companies.
