Your Terrace on Campo San Silvestro

Available immediately for short temporary contracts, maximum 4 months. The quiet brightness of the Campo di San Silvestro resounds in the 16th-century palazzo we are entering. We pass the common entrance directly from the campo and climb the agile condominium stairs to reach the second floor. We open the entrance door and find ourselves in the corridor in original Venetian seminato. We proceed to the right to the dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and a sturdy dining table. The sofa, placed in the wall opposite the kitchen, becomes a bed if necessary. The wooden ceiling beams run throughout the flat. The fireplace, which cannot be used like all fireplaces in Venice, reminds us of the building's ancient character. Adjacent to the fireplace wall we find the bathroom with shower, windowed and recently renovated. We return to the corridor and turn left, heading for the master bedroom, where the two windows anticipate a privileged view of the campo below and its church. The large wardrobe and the layout of the furniture, with its double bunk bed, provide the space to live in total comfort. We continue along the small stretch of corridor from which we access the study/guest room: a door invites us to go outside to allow us to enjoy the flat's main vantage point. In fact, the large private terrace allows us to see both the church and to enjoy the quiet of the private garden opposite, which does not belong to us, but from which we can breathe in the scent of the magnolia in bloom.
