We reach our property in Malamocco, our senses wide open as we pass through this charming historic village. The house has a surface area of 140 square metres, and from the outside it is appreciated for its cosy and authentic look: it seems perfect as a starting point for getting lost in the enchanting urban fabric of Malamocco.
Once across the threshold, through the autonomous entrance, we are surprised by the natural light that generously radiates from every corner, thanks to its strategic position and the arrangement of the large windows.
The interior spaces are cleverly distributed to maximise comfort and functionality, with two cosy bedrooms and a well-maintained bathroom.
The real jewel of this dwelling, however, awaits us on the upper floor: a spacious and cosy attic, offering two additional rooms, perfect for hosting guests or creating a study or hobby space. Overall, this room adds a further touch of magic to this already charming home.
The adjoining storage room represents an added value, additional space for storing objects and equipment, keeping the rooms tidy and organised.
Immersed in the history and culture of Malamocco, this house embodies the perfect blend of tradition and modernity, a comfortable and charming retreat in the heart of this ancient Venetian village.
The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in an authentic area that is still largely untouched by mass tourism, in the southern part of the island of Lido. It is an ideal area for those who love uncrowded and unspoilt beaches. The small beach of Malamocco is a little gem overlooking the sea, where you can relax, sunbathe and take a refreshing dip.
