Between lagoon and sea

We are immersed in the heart of Lido, a few steps from the island's historic Galoppatoio. In the area, the trees resemble an orchestra, producing a gentle, pleasant rustling between the lagoon and the sea. The distance to the sea, moreover, is just under 5 minutes on foot: that is all it takes to reach the famous Lungomare Maconi, home to the island's most prestigious hotels and the red carpet of the Venice International Film Festival. It is precisely in this elegant and sober context, in a central position, convenient for easily reaching all destinations, that we reach our property. The building in which the flat resides is located in a park for the exclusive use of the tenants, equipped with a storeroom, a communal laundry, and a bicycle space. Inside, the flat is spread over an important square footage, which includes a large living room with eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our curiosity, however, focuses on the terrace: its presence had been anticipated by the owner but the impression in person is equally surprising! We lose ourselves in a long, almost cinematic panoramic view of the Lagoon. Today's clear sky also gives us a subjective view of the island of Poveglia, a historic settlement which, together with the Lido, formed a centre of considerable interest in the past of the Serenissima. The location, the exclusive context, the spaciousness of the living spaces and the marvellous view framed by green-nature make this property very attractive for experiencing all the charms of the Lido, from a privileged vantage point.
