We climb the stairs to the second floor and, crossing the threshold of the apartment, we are enveloped by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spaces are well distributed, flowing naturally between two bedrooms and a study that we could imagine in many different ways. The two bathrooms offer distinct solutions; one in particular, with its lines and details, takes us back in time, evoking the French Belle Époque, a small unexpected gem. Going upstairs, we find the kitchen, well organised and complete with everything you need. From here, direct access leads us to the true heart of the home: the large terrace. A glimpse of the sea welcomes us, framed by the surrounding rooftops. It is easy to imagine evenings here with friends, laughter and aperitifs that last until sunset, with the sky tinged with pink and orange. Independent heating is an important plus and one less thing to think about in terms of management and expenses. At the end of the visit, we feel that this apartment is ideal for those seeking a retreat that combines authentic Venetian architecture with the comforts and amenities that the Lido island generously offers.
