Data acquired through contact forms

(A) The data provided through the contact form will be entered into a specific database and used for the purpose of responding to the requests of the interested party as well as to provide information on the Company's services and will be retained for a period of 5 years. The data may be retained for the additional duration necessary to protect the rights of the Data Controller, which in any case cannot exceed the limitation period of any related legal actions.

The processing takes place on the basis of the consent given. Any refusal to process will make it impossible to meet the interested party's request.

 

In the event of separate and specific consent, the data provided will also be entered into a specific mailing list and used

-         for sending advertising and/or promotional material of the Company or the Engel&Volkers franchise

-        for direct telephone or e-mail contacts for commercial purposes

(B) The data provided through the application form will be entered into a specific database and used for the purpose

-         of responding to the requests of the interested party as well as

-        examine and evaluate the user's application, as part of the personnel selection process for a possible employment relationship or collaboration with the Company;

-        send communications relating to the application submitted by the interested party.

The data will be stored for a period of 24 months and for the additional duration necessary to protect the rights of the Data Controller, which in any case cannot exceed the limitation period of any related legal actions.

The interested party has the right to request:

-           access, rectification, erasure or limitation of data processing, as well as to oppose processing, pursuant to articles 15-18 and 21 of the Regulation;

-       the portability of data, pursuant to art. 20 of the Regulation;
