Paulo Cadima

Born in Monte Estoril and raised in Cascais, Paulo Cadima is a natural entrepreneur whose methodical yet easy-going approach helps him build strong relationships with his clients.  

With over 25 years of experience in sales and major account management in the telecommunications and real estate sectors, since 2016 he has been exclusively focused on land and luxury properties, working with a vast portfolio of investor clients.  

Passionate about outdoor sports, he started with swimming, moved on to triathlons, and now practices mountain biking, skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, rafting, and diving. He loves traveling, exploring new cultures, cooking, and crafting cocktails.  

His fluency in English, French, and Spanish allows him to easily communicate with clients of different nationalities.
