Whistleblowing Channel
Engel & Völkers Cascais complies with Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report legal infringements and on anti-corruption measures.
An Internal Reporting System (Whistleblowing Channel) has been implemented, accessible to employees, partners, and third parties wishing to confidentially report any violations or unethical conduct.
The channel guarantees confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and protection against retaliation, in accordance with Law No. 2/2023 of 28 March.
