Land with Project for Residential Development

From the transformation of two old factories located in the prime area of the city, adjacent to Rio Ave, a new enterprise will be born in Riba D'Ave. This ambitious project aims to preserve the historic charisma of the buildings, maintaining architectural elements that evoke times gone by, whilst incorporating modern and sustainable design to create a unique and attractive environment. The project was submitted for prior analysis to the competent authorities, and it’s still possible to make changes by potential investors. With a pre-approved construction area of more than 26.000 sqm, the current project includes 124 residential units of different typologies, all designed to offer comfort and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The residential units will be complemented by 33 stores that will provide a range of services and conveniences to residents and visitors, creating a vibrant local community. The development may also have two large commercial areas that will attract not only residents, but also visitors from other areas, strengthening the local economy. The project was designed to be a meeting point, with leisure areas and green spaces carefully integrated into the urban and natural environment. The parking space, with capacity for around 500 vehicles, was designed to meet the needs of residents, visitors and businesses. The privileged location of the development offers a high quality of life, with the tranquility of being next to the river and the proximity of an efficient network of highway access, facilitating connection to Porto, which is just 30 minutes away.
