Santa Maria Maior is the heart of Lisbon. It is in this parish that the most emblematic neighborhoods of the Capital are located.

Martim Moniz, is the place where the largest number of ethnic groups in the city meet. Known for the square overlooking the castle, it is a kind of Portuguese “Chinatown” and a terminal for the typical tram 28. And Mouraria, which became a quite busy and cozy place and is considered one  of the most safe neighborhoods of the capital. It is a meeting point for people of different  cultures and, simultaneously, a location that keeps alive their ancient popular traditions.
