The municipality offers strong economic power in a magnificent setting and excellent conditions for all generations. The townscape is characterized by villas as well as one- and two-storey single- and multi-family houses; in this district of Pullach in particular, it combines the advantages of a nature-oriented location with direct proximity to the Munich metropolis and a comprehensive range of education, culture and leisure.
