The most popular celebration is "Es Sequer", a tribute to the fig which is one of the most typical and abundant fruits in Lloret. One can also find fresh and dried figs, fig jam, fig ice cream, fig coca (pastry), and other dishes made with this delicious fruit. The village provides, amongst others, several grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. Lloret is located about 25 minutes away from Palma centre and the airport, and 30 minutes from the nearest beaches.
