Magnificent property from XIV century in the centre of Sant Cugat

In the centre of Sant Cugat we find this exclusive 14th century estate, now divided into two houses with independent access and easily made into one. They share a garden. The building has been declared a Cultural Asset of Local Interest and preserves pieces and vestiges from the period. At the entrance to the estate there is a magnificent portal with an arcade and beamed ceilings. There is also a beautiful bathroom. One of the houses is accessed by a staircase that ends in a terrace. On entering there is a splendid room with a fireplace, its high ceilings with beams make the room more spacious. On this same floor there is a room with a dressing room. We access the first floor through a mosaic staircase, where there is a cosy room with lots of light thanks to the arched windows overlooking the garden. Here the ceilings are lower and also with wooden beams. From the living room we access a hall where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the other side is the kitchen. We access the other house by passing under the arcades next to the garden, where there are five old stables, now converted into a library, wine cellar, bar and storage rooms. The other house is reached by a staircase. On entering, there is the living room with a fireplace. On one side, there is a nice kitchen and in front of it a bathroom.
