Overall, this is an estate of exceptional substance and presence—ideal for people who value living close to nature, architectural clarity and long-term value retention.

The property is located in a quiet rural outskirts area of the municipality of Kürten, in the Biesfeld district, set within a designated landscape protection area. A stop of the Kürten community bus is located directly at the property; further connections to public transport are available in Biesfeld and Eichhof. The Bergisch Gladbach S-Bahn station can be reached in about eight kilometers, as can the tram in Bensberg. Via the A4 motorway Cologne–Olpe, the city of Cologne is easily reachable in around 25 kilometers. Shops for daily needs, kindergartens, schools, medical care and pharmacies are located in Biesfeld and in the other districts of the municipality of Kürten. In addition, regional supply services and delivery services are available.
