The apartment is less than 30 minutes from Valencia and Castellón via highway and is close to two towns, Sagunto and Almenara, with all kinds of commercial, healthcare, cultural, leisure services, etc. It is an area that will only grow in the future, due to the expansion of the business areas of the municipality of Sagunto, with the battery gigafactory as its most prominent feature. A privileged place to settle.
