Kato Patisia's main road is Acharnon Street instead of Patission Street. It is bordered to the north-northeast by Ano Patisia, to the east by Kypseli, to the south by Agios Nikolaos, to the southwest by Thymarakia and Sepolia, and to the west by the Kifissos River and the location of Treis Gefiras, where the Athens-Lamia National Road passes over the Kifissos.
