My name is Ilja Kaiser. After a long career as a painter and varnisher, I decided to pursue a new professional direction. I am currently retraining as a real estate agent with Engel and Völkers in Bad Kreuznach. Thanks to my extensive background in craftsmanship, I possess not only expertise but also a keen eye for detail and a solid network of craftsmen. Real estate has always fascinated me both professionally and personally. I am looking forward to the new challenges and the opportunity to leverage my previous experiences in a new professional environment.
