Ivo Giacomozzi

My name is Ivo Giacomozzi. As a real estate agent for Engel & Völkers Heide, I look after a part of Dithmarschen. My interest in real estate and the renovation or remodeling of old properties has been with me for a long time, which is why I became a real estate agent in 2020.

What I appreciate most about my work as a real estate agent is the personal contact with my customers and the varied task of finding the perfect house for them. I enjoy getting to know people and their homes and accompanying both buyers and sellers on their new start.

I am a very empathetic person and my clients particularly appreciate my open and honest manner. Before I became a real estate agent, I spent 15 years as a musical performer all over Europe and worked and lived in many different cities - an experience that has broadened my horizons a lot and benefits me greatly in my work as an estate agent.
