Jamila Zuther has been part of the Engel & Völkers team since September 2024 and impresses with her structured way of working and enthusiasm for real estate. In her role as a Real Estate Analyst, she focuses primarily on supporting search clients. She documents the individual real estate criteria in detail and helps with the analysis of suitable properties. Her other tasks include creating and editing floor plans, which contribute to the optimal presentation of properties. “I find it exciting to work behind the scenes and ensure that everything runs smoothly,” says Jamila Zuther. Dealing with different customer requirements and the variety of her tasks motivate her every day. At the same time, she attaches great importance to professional but friendly communication: “It's important to me that customers feel they are in good hands.” Jamila Zuther made the decision to enter the real estate industry at an early stage after receiving career advice at school. The combination of variety, prospects and the opportunity to be successful in the long term convinced her straight away. She is also active in her private life and enjoys spending time with family and friends. “Balancing work is important to me, and spending time with people close to me gives me strength and new energy,” she says.

Jamila Zuther has clear plans for the future: she wants to further develop her skills and establish herself in the real estate industry in the long term. “My goal is to continue to develop and position myself in the industry,” she explains.
