Since May 2025, Luis Shala has strengthened the team at Engel & Völkers Bochum Hattingen as a Real Estate Analyst. The Essen native brings a great interest in the real estate industry, particularly in the areas of living, building, and marketing. Initially inspired by internships in architecture, he quickly developed the desire to gain a broader perspective of the real estate world and actively shape it.

Luis Shala is currently primarily active in Hattingen, supporting the team with viewings, client meetings, and analyses. He places great importance on a respectful, attentive interaction with all parties involved. "Even if every conversation doesn't immediately lead to a deal, people should leave the encounter with a good feeling," he describes his approach. He handles initial client contacts with natural openness and strong communication skills.
