Luis Shala

Since May 2025, Luis Shala has been part of the Engel & Völkers team, working as a real estate advisor in the central Ruhr region with a particular focus on Bottrop. Born in Essen, he brings a strong passion for the property sector, especially the fields of living, building, and marketing. Inspired early on by architecture internships, he soon developed the ambition to understand and help shape the world of real estate from a broader perspective.

Today, he independently supports owners and prospective buyers throughout the entire marketing process, from the initial consultation and well-founded valuation to viewings and a successful closing.

In doing so, Luis Shala places great emphasis on structured, transparent, and personal service. “Even if not every conversation leads directly to a closing the key is that every client feels in the best hands,” he says, describing his standards. His open manner, reliability, and keen sense for people create a trusted foundation for lasting client relationships.

What he particularly values at Engel & Völkers is the professional environment combined with a strong team spirit. Working alongside experienced colleagues and having the opportunity to take on responsibility early on are, to him, decisive factors in his continuous development.

In the long term, he is especially drawn to Engel & Völkers’ international network an assignment abroad, for example in Mallorca or Switzerland, is high on his wish list.
