Noah Boxbücher

Since July 2025, Noah Boxbücher has been supporting the Engel & Völkers Bochum/ Hattingen team as a real estate consultant. He gained his first industry experience starting in 2020 through a two-year internship in property management. This was followed by training as a real estate agent, which he successfully completed, accompanied by a clear desire to transition into active sales.

Influenced by family ties to the industry, Noah Boxbücher realized early on that he wanted to pursue a career in the real estate world. He particularly values direct customer interaction, the profession's versatility, and the chance to make individual housing dreams a reality. "I'm fascinated by how different people are—and how important it is to cater precisely to their needs," says Noah Boxbücher.

In dealing with clients, he places great importance on respectful exchange and a solution-oriented approach. His motto: "There's no such thing as 'can't'—and if there's no solution yet, it doesn't mean there isn't one."

Noah Boxbücher is particularly proud of a past project he was allowed to implement independently: the complete construction management and subsequent marketing of a family-owned condominium.

In his free time, he is active in sports—as a goalkeeper on the football field—and has recently discovered a passion for golf.

His short-term goal: to quickly gain a foothold, accompany his first sales, and get to know the team. In the long term, he aims for continuous development within Engel & Völkers—with the ambition to never stand still.
