I have been working as Head of Sales at Engel & Völkers since 2023, responsible for the regions Berlin East, Königs Wusterhausen, Bad Saarow, and the surrounding areas. In these markets, I work closely with around 20 self-employed real estate agents, each deeply rooted in their respective territories and driven by strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for their work. For me, real estate sales is far more than numbers, contracts, and square meters—it is about connecting people, life plans, and exceptional places. What I truly love about my job is the uniqueness of every property and the personal story behind it. No two homes are the same, and no two clients share the same vision. This is exactly what makes my daily work so exciting: supporting people as they begin new chapters in their lives—whether it’s their first home, a retreat by the water, or a future-focused investment. My approach is to combine strong sales expertise with genuine, trust-based consulting. I see my role not only in achieving results, but also in the leadership, development, and empowerment of my team. Together with our self-employed agents, we create sustainable and tailored solutions for both property owners and buyers.
