Since 2025, Walon Krasniqi has been part of the Engel & Völkers team as a real estate consultant, bringing diverse experience from the logistics, automotive, and real estate sectors. Most recently, he was involved in project development and acquisition of commercial properties. His professional journey is marked by close interaction with people, recognizing potentials, and developing suitable solutions, which form the foundation for his work in real estate consulting.

Transitioning to residential property sales is a logical step for Walon Krasniqi. His strengths lie in a structured approach, clear communication, and a collaborative relationship with clients. He is particularly proud of a project from his time in project development, where several plots were consolidated to realize a grocery market. The complex coordination process with various stakeholders required negotiation skills, perseverance, and strategic thinking and was successfully implemented.
