Walon Krasniqi

Starting July 2025, Walon Krasniqi will join the Engel & Völkers Bochum/Hattingen team as a real estate consultant. The 26-year-old brings diverse experience from logistics, automotive, and real estate industries—most recently he was involved in project development and acquisition for commercial properties. His passion for working with people, finding tailored solutions, and staying close to the market now motivates him to take the next step in residential real estate sales.

Entering real estate consulting is a natural progression for Walon Krasniqi: “I realized early on that I excel in direct customer contact and finding suitable solutions. Engel & Völkers combines a strong team with an excellent brand for me—the decision was easy.”

In the future, he will assist clients in the Ennepetal, Hattingen, and surrounding areas—with a clear objective: to find the best possible match between needs and property. Clear communication, mutual understanding, and a collaborative partnership are essential to him.

Walon Krasniqi takes particular pride in a project he significantly contributed to in project development: the consolidation of multiple plots for a grocery store in a rural area—a complex process with numerous challenges that he successfully helped shape.

In his leisure time, Walon Krasniqi is active in sports, enjoys traveling, and pursues ambitious goals: alongside his new role at Engel & Völkers, he will begin a part-time degree in Real Estate Management in October. Personal growth, professional depth, and teamwork are his focus—always with the aim of growing with every task.
