What is included in the seminars and lectures?

As part of the onboarding process, the first year covers essential basic knowledge for professional customer interactions. This includes understanding land registers, rental and purchase contracts, and real estate law, as well as establishing good customer relationships. We also offer seminars specifically designed for the qualification of our assistants. In addition, individual coaching sessions can be booked, for example on conflict resolution and time management.

What benefits do participants gain?

From their first day at Engel & Völkers, employees can regularly update their knowledge, for example in response to changes in legislation. This applies equally to newcomers, long-standing colleagues, and freelance staff—a feature that distinguishes us in the market.

Of course, the academy also provides the opportunity to obtain a formal certificate of continuing education.
