We are pleased to introduce an important enhancement to our market value assessment. With immediate effect, we are expanding our analysis to include an advanced evaluation tool that considers the energy performance of a property and identifies potential areas for optimisation.
As sustainability and energy efficiency become increasingly decisive factors in the real estate market, accurately assessing a property’s energy condition is essential and must be reflected in its valuation. Our new tool provides a detailed analysis of energy consumption and overall energy performance, enabling a more realistic assessment of market value. It supports well-informed decisions for buying, selling, or renting property, based on a clearer understanding of long-term value. The assessments are grounded in recognised studies and benchmark data from the Institute for Housing and Environment (IWU).
The evaluation includes, among other factors:

The property’s energy status in line with current Energy Saving Regulations (EnEV)
