Benjamin Rogmans is the new managing director at Engel & Völkers Commercial Berlin

Engel & Völkers Commercial in Berlin is pleased to announce that Benjamin Rogmans has been appointed Managing Director with immediate effect. He joins Nicolas Jeissing and Rackham F. Schröder to complete the brokerage firm’s management team. In his new role, Mr. Rogmans will share responsibility for the company’s business development and strategic direction in the German capital.

New management appointment at Engel & Völkers Commercial Berlin

Benjamin Rogmans looks back on an impressive career at Engel & Völkers Commercial in Berlin. He joined the company in 2010 as a consultant in the residential and commercial investment segment and has continuously expanded his responsibilities ever since. In 2014, he took over the head of acquisitions, followed in 2021 by leadership of the residential and commercial investment division, which he has successfully managed to this day. Mr. Rogmans has been a member of the executive management team and an authorized signatory since 2016. Over the past years, he has played a key role in the growth and ongoing development of the company and the Engel & Völkers brand.

Benjamin Rogmans completed his qualification as a certified real estate specialist in 2016 and subsequently continued his academic career alongside his professional activities. In 2017, he successfully graduated as a Diplom Immobilienwirt from the German Real Estate Academy at the University of Freiburg. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Steinbeis University Berlin in 2018.
