Loft in an Industrial Monument on Rummelsburg Bay

The six-story palm oil storage building, approximately 50 meters long, was constructed between 1883 and 1885 by architect Alber Biebendt and client Robert Paul Rengert. It is considered a typical industrial building of the Gründerzeit period. The industrial monument is located directly by the water, without a waterfront path in front of it. The duplex apartment offered here has a living area of approximately 191 m2 and offers 4 rooms including the large living kitchen and gallery. The impressive rooms captivate with spaciousness, breathtaking views of the Rummelsburg Lake, and exclusive furnishings. The wooden staircase in the living area, combined with the industrial charm of the brick walls, creates a unique feel-good atmosphere. On the third floor, there is a large living area with an impressive ceiling height and a high-quality fitted kitchen, as well as a room and a bathroom with a tub and shower. There is also a practical storage room, a utility room, and a guest toilet available here.
