Each flat offers the highest level of comfort. The living areas are 30-55 square metres with 1-2 rooms. Fully equipped: from coffee machine to crockery - everything you need is provided. The communal laundry room in the building allows you to do your laundry in the building without having to buy your own machine.

Our flats are equipped with high-quality brand furniture from Vitra and offer modern comfort. These include smart home functions, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, crockery and much more to guarantee you a comfortable stay.
We do not currently offer any additional communal facilities such as a bicycle storage room or lounge.
Our flats offer living spaces of 30-55 m², with 1-2 rooms. They are ideal for individuals, friends or couples and offer enough space for comfortable living.
Yes, there are also some flats with balconies. These are located on the upper floors of the building, specifically on the 5th and 7th floors.
THE PULSE is located in the centre of Frankfurt and offers excellent public transport connections. The main railway station is just a few minutes' walk away, while Frankfurt Airport can also be reached quickly and easily. You also benefit from a wide range of shopping facilities and other amenities in the immediate vicinity.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

The building is manned around the clock by a security service to ensure your safety. In addition, all entrances and communal areas are protected by video surveillance.
We currently do not offer parking spaces for vehicles at THE PULSE.
