THE PULSE is centrally located in Frankfurt city centre. With excellent transport connections, you can get anywhere in the city quickly. The international airport can also be reached in just a few minutes by S-Bahn.
Why THE PULSE?
The shortest rental period for the flats at THE PULSE is 3 months - both short-term and long-term stays are possible.
Our flats are equipped with high-quality brand furniture from Vitra and offer modern comfort. These include smart home functions, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, crockery and much more to guarantee you a comfortable stay.
We do not currently offer any additional communal facilities such as a bicycle storage room or lounge.
Our flats offer living spaces of 30-55 m², with 1-2 rooms. They are ideal for individuals, friends or couples and offer enough space for comfortable living.
Yes, there are also some flats with balconies. These are located on the upper floors of the building, specifically on the 5th and 7th floors.
THE PULSE is located in the centre of Frankfurt and offers excellent public transport connections. The main railway station is just a few minutes' walk away, while Frankfurt Airport can also be reached quickly and easily. You also benefit from a wide range of shopping facilities and other amenities in the immediate vicinity.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
You can arrange a flexible viewing appointment both online and on site to see the quality and furnishings of the flats for yourself. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
The building is manned around the clock by a security service to ensure your safety. In addition, all entrances and communal areas are protected by video surveillance.
We currently do not offer parking spaces for vehicles at THE PULSE.
