HEY Charlottenburg

Until December 31, 2026, the seller will cover the real estate transfer tax of 6% of the purchase price on your behalf, and you can buy your property without any commission-fee during this period. This represents a total cost advantage of 9.57% of the purchase price. What does modern living in the city look like today? Sustainably planned, energy-efficiently implemented, and designed for the long term. HEY Charlottenburg brings precisely these qualities to Mierendorff Island - with three independent buildings, two green courtyards, and well-designed floor plans ranging from one to five rooms. It also meets the KfW 55 NH standard and relies on a heating concept with air heat pumps, photovoltaics, and green roofs for a sustainable investment with perspective. Here, exceptional features are a matter of course and quality makes a clear statement: selected units have separate entrances with a "townhouse" feel, some apartments are dual-aspect, and there are high-quality fittings and fixtures, including the premium line with Porcelaingres tiles and designer sanitary ware from Laufen. And HEY, maybe this is where your next step toward home ownership awaits.
