On 9 December at 6.00 pm, tax adviser Marco Rausch from Rausch Treuhand und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH will outline the tax implications under the title ‘Inheritance, gifted property, property sales’.
His 2026/2027 end-of-year review will cover current developments in property tax, depreciation options (AfA) and tax aspects relating to buying, renovating and letting property.
A key focus will be on the transfer of property through inheritance or gift. The question of when it might be advisable to hold assets as private assets or through a property limited liability company (GmbH) will also be addressed using practical examples.
