At Engel & Völkers, the leading real estate company in the European luxury sector, we are firmly committed to motivating our employees and collaborators and recognize the effort they make every day. This is why on March 15th, we kicked off a new contest in social network sites that lasted for two weeks. We can finally reveal the results here.
What was the contest all about?
The contest began on March 15th, 2018 with an open conference held at the offices of Engel & Völkers in Barcelona. The attendees included the management team of the branch, the estate agents, and the marketing staff, who were responsible for explaining the best strategies to get the most out of social networking sites in terms of career opportunities and from the property sector's perspective.
Once the talk was over, the members of online marketing team explained the ins and outs of the contest and invited the participants to post their profiles on their social media accounts using the hashtag #EVBCN during the next two weeks. Once the two weeks came to an end and after a few days of collecting and analyzing the posts from the participants, we are ready to announce the winner.
The winner is part of the sales team of new construction by Engel & Völkers in Barcelona. She is Ariana Garí, who has made her successful campaign on LinkedIn.
