Giovanni e Paolo, leaving on our left the Church, considered the Pantheon of Venice, since numerous doges of the Serenissima are buried there, and the extraordinary façade of the Scuola Grande di S. On the upper floor, which is completely mansarded, there is an open-plan guest room, but above all access to the splendid planted terrace of almost 30 square metres with a view of the dome of SS. Giovanni e Paolo and the bell tower of S. Francesco. A true oasis of peace in which to relax sunbathing and reading a book or hosting friends for unforgettable aperitifs and dinners in the starlight.

Castello: Location and surroundings of this property

The Castello district, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city. Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
