The entire castle was restored in the late 1970s in full respect of its architectural and cultural character. The place is very quiet and easy to access. It is also close to the first services, including bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and small grocery shops. All other services and shops can be found in Magione, just a fifteen-minute drive away. The area offers many opportunities for recreation and sport. Within an hour's drive you can also reach many towns of great cultural interest in Umbria and Tuscany (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto, Arezzo, Siena). Connections to Perugia are very convenient. The main airports are easily accessible: Perugia Sant'Egidio in 30 minutes, Florence in 90 minutes, Rome in 120 minutes.

Commission Details
