In Primaluna, an ancient mountain village, we offer a partially rustic farmhouse dating back to 1730 for sale. Some of the images of this property are photos in which one can see the actual state of the property; others (in which one can see the complete furnishings) are renderings. Renovation works have been carried out, at a conservative level, in the basement, and construction of the first and second floors began in 2014. The property is on three levels. On the first floor, approximately 100 square meters (completed with parquet), we have the living room, open kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
