A new address in an exclusive location

The new Engel & Völkers headquarters are located in Hamburg’s aspiring HafenCity, directly on the Elbe River. Guests, clients and interested parties are most welcome to visit Engel & Völkers at its new address in Vancouverstraße 2, 20457 Hamburg. The new company headquarters emphasize its open character, which invites visitors and clients to experience the Engel & Völkers brand up close.

Unique architecture

The building’s white lamella facade is striking, even from far away. The building is divided into three sections: the company headquarters, called the “E&V Haus”, the beach house with 67 high-quality condominiums, as well as a quarter with 30 modern rental apartments. The building’s brand-typical white architecture was designed by renowned architect Richard Meier from Richard Meier & Partners Architects LLP New York. He won the international architectural tender for the project and asserted himself against notable colleagues such as Norman Foster and Zaha Hadid.

Working on six levels

Engel & Völkers will continue to offer its outstanding service in the future on the six levels of the new company headquarters and remain true to its core values: competence, exclusivity and passion. The headquarters’ highlights include workspace areas, high-tech conference rooms, as well as the “Grund Genug” library. The centrepiece of the 6,800 sqm headquarters is a two-storied atrium where visitors are introduced to the various business areas, namely Residential, Commercial, Yachting and Aviation.
