By the Park, Potsdam – New development project in Bornstedter Feld district

Am Park Potsdam is Diamona & Harnisch’s first Potsdam project—an exclusive new-build development in the up-and-coming Bornstedter Feld district, directly beside Volkspark Potsdam. On a plot of approximately 6,905 m², five villa-style buildings have been created, comprising a total of 80 high-quality residential units. The units offered here range from approximately 54 to 155 m² and include 2 to 4 rooms—a broad range appealing equally to singles, couples, families and investors. The five buildings enclose a private landscaped courtyard serving as a shared focal point. Ground-floor apartments have private gardens, while the upper floors feature balconies or loggias. The apartments are available for handover at short notice.
