Engel & Völkers has announced the promotion of Juan-Galo Macià as President of South America to further establish the company as the leading luxury real estate broker in the Hispanic world. Macià takes over this role in addition to his position as CEO of the company`s brokerage business in Spain, Portugal, and Andorra. Under Macia`s leadership the Iberian market experienced remarkable growth and developed as a strong strategic region for the German real estate company. “We are highly committed to further growth in this market and to expand our presence in South America,” says Jawed Barna, CEO of the Engel & Völkers Group.
