The building is located on Via Crema, next to Porta Romana, one of Milan’s most elegant residential areas, just outside the Area C restricted traffic zone. The entire neighborhood has been recently redeveloped, with new paving, tree planting, wider sidewalks, and a new cycle path. The location is also highly strategic: it connects the historic city center with the new Scalo Romana district, one of Milan’s most innovative and green urban projects.
