Water supply is ensured by the municipal aqueduct and by a right to draw from a spring on a neighboring property with a treatment system, while LPG is dedicated solely to the kitchen. The energy performance of the complex is class A4 and the agritourism authorization is active for 21 beds, with exclusive use of energy from renewable sources.
