Kato Patisia has as its main road axis Acharnon Street instead of Patision. They are defined to the north-northeast by Ano Patisia, to the east by Kypseli, to the south by Agios Nikolaos, to the southwest by Thymarakia and Sepolia, to the west by the river Kifisos and the location Treis Gefyres, where the Athens-Lamia National Road passes over from Kifissos.
