The apartment is located in the popular district of Trudering (76,475 inhabitants), southeast of the city center, near the connecting road to the district of Riem. The borough comprises the eastern part of Munich. To the west it borders Berg am Laim and Bogenhausen, to the south Ramersdorf-Perlach, to the north Johanneskirchen, and to the east several independent municipalities of the Munich district. The Bajuwarenpark is, as its name suggests, located directly on Bajuwarenstraße in Trudering and is a 2.9-hectare park offering many opportunities to relax and linger. All shopping facilities for daily needs, as well as banks, doctors and pharmacies, are within walking distance. The former BUGA park with its swimming lake invites you to unwind. Kindergartens, elementary school, lower secondary school, (private) intermediate secondary school, grammar school, sports and many leisure options, as well as various green spaces, are available in the immediate vicinity. The subway (U-Bahn) can be reached conveniently in a 2-minute walk; the suburban rail (S-Bahn) is a 10-minute walk away. Travel time to Munich’s city center is approx. 10 minutes by U-Bahn. The borough is connected via Wasserburger Landstraße and Kreillerstraße to the Mittlerer Ring and to the A99. The A94 has three interchanges within the borough. Numerous main roads provide access to the neighborhoods and lead to the adjacent Munich boroughs and municipalities of the Munich district. Via the A94 you can reach the Munich ring road and also quickly the airport (47 km).
