You can enjoy all the services, transport, schools, institutes, local shops, as well as a large number of supermarkets in the nearby town of Sant Celoni, where just 10 min. There is also the Regional Hospital. The town has a train and bus station. It has the Maresme beaches 15 minutes away, as well as the La Roca Village shopping center and the La Roca Golf course just 10 minutes away. The house has a bus stop in front of it which makes it very well connected to any part of the town as in other neighboring towns. The property is located in the area of the temple of Santa Maria de Palautordera touching Sant Celoni. You can walk to the nearest shopping area by walking ten minutes.
