The interior design has been developed with the support of specialized firms, and there is the option to access the apartments furnished or unfurnished. Services offered by the complex include a restaurant, bar, outdoor terraces, a private room for events and meetings, a library/reading room, spaces for work or informal meetings, an area for art workshops and activities, 24/7 medical care, preventive check-ups, health monitoring, a fully equipped gym, yoga and Pilates rooms, a physiotherapy cabin, hot and cold pools, dry and infrared sauna, experience showers, massage cabins, woodland and landscaped areas, a two-level pool, solarium, barbecue area, rooftop, and on-demand services such as hairdressing, barber, manicure, or pedicure. The purchase is structured as a 99-year right of occupancy in the property acquired, and the buyer must pay a monthly maintenance fee, which depends on the size of the apartment purchased. In the event of early termination or death, the marketing of a new right of occupancy is activated, along with the entitlement to the Exit Fee for the Purchaser or their heirs.
