Large urban plot on the Gold Coast!

Cunit is a municipality in the Baix Penedès region. Its beaches stand out, with a total of 2.7 kilometers of continuous fine sand and a gentle slope, dominated by 7 breakwaters that give it a distinctive appearance, forming semicircular coves. It has all services and shops, health centers, sports and education facilities, major supermarket chains, local businesses, and gastronomy. The municipality of Cunit occupies only a small part of the region, consisting of a narrow coastal strip and a rounded-looking mountainous area of low elevation, always below 200 meters, but with notable slopes at its eastern end. It borders the Province of Barcelona with two municipalities: Castellet i la Gornal to the north and Cubelles to the east; to the west it meets Segur de Calafell, and to the south the Mediterranean Sea.
