Recoletos is the Prime area of the Salamanca district, the closest area to El Retiro, and specifically, this residence is located steps away from Madrid's largest and most representative park. El Retiro Park is the true protagonist of this district of Madrid, which has its flanks on the Streets of Alcalá and O'Donnell in the northern end, Doctor Esquerdo Street in the east, the Mediterranean Avenue and Reina Cristina Promenade in the south, and Alfonso XII Street on the western end.
