We ascend to the first floor and find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large terrace where a chill-out zone with beautiful sea views can be created, which is very close by. From the ground floor, we descend to another level, or we can also access directly through another entrance that leads to the garden, to an apartment consisting of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen also with a fireplace, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a hallway that connects us to a large garage that can also be used as a storage room. Several cars can also fit in the outdoor space. From both floors, we access the beautiful garden that surrounds the entire house, arranged on two levels with stone steps and a barbecue area. The bathrooms, windows, and enclosures were renovated a few years ago. Some awnings were installed, and you will find decorative grilles, blinds, and mosquito nets on all.
